TW Community Chest

Let us know who should receive a share of Taylor Wimpey’s £1,000 Community Chest is helping leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, who has recently started pre-construction works in the village, to offer local good causes in Roslin with the chance to receive a share of £1,000 in our fantastic Community Chest initiative!

They want Rosliners, to nominate worthy causes from across the Roslin area which you feel are most deserving of a share of this generous cash award.

It could be a local charity, which relies heavily on donations to keep up its good work in the community, or an organisation which makes a real difference to the place where we live – the choice is yours.

Taylor Wimpey is accepting nominations for the Community Chest until Friday 11 December. We will then whittle down the nominations to produce a shortlist of the most deserving causes, before inviting villagers to vote for their top four charities or local causes to receive a cash boost of £250 each!

Kirsty McGill, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, said: “We are delighted to be teaming up with to offer villagers the chance to nominate their favourite local cause to receive a share of our £1000 cash donation.

“The Community Chest is a great way to recognise the unsung heroes that are found in the local communities where we are really proud to build our new homes, and I’d urge readers to get involved and nominate their favourite cause.”
